Shipping and Returns

Returns Policy

We are unable to accept returns on all food products. We will, however, reship products in the event they arrive damaged or otherwise defective. If you have any issues with your order, Contact Us with your order number and details about the product.

Refused Orders

If an order is refused with the delivery carrier, we cannot reship it. Customer must accept the order, then contact Eventful Sweets with photos.

Shipping

Most products are ready and available to ship within one business day of the order. We ship most orders Monday through Thursday dependent on the shipping address. Orders arriving before 1pm CST will generally go out same day. Orders arriving after 1pm CST will generally ship the following business day. Due to the sensitive nature of many of our products, we are unable to ship some orders if they would arrive over the weekend. Those orders will be held until the following week. While we do our best to ship along these guidelines, factors outside of our control may result in extra processing time. If you need your order by a specific date, please specify in the order notes and we'll do our best to meet those requirements.

Please double check your orders before ordering. Once the product leaves our warehouse, no changes can be made to the order nor returned.
